Splashed out and ordered some new gym gear today. A set I had my eye on for ages, so I finally decided I’d get it :)

Happy in the day that is. :) Been a slow amble, just enough to make sure my legs know what they are there for
You have to keep a close eye on legs at my age! They can get.... ideas

In the growing chill light over the ocean, and gathering a few late blackberries to cook with a Bramley for pudding... air is sharp and sweet and totally lovely. ahhh! cats impatient to ramble.. leading and following...

Loving my small home out here, and happy. Work now and rest and a quiet day.... ..small life to some this would be but more than enough for me, surrounded with the peaceful glory of sky and ocean and a snug bed to return to and thick socks for icy feet :D

See thee all tomorrow... Be blessed and happy , as I am.

I bought a slow cooker in Aldi, looking forward to cooking lots of winter comfort food. It will probably eventually go in the press with all the other "yokes".

My job. Don't get me wrong, I'm not skipping into work every day like yay I love work but it's a nice place to work with a lot of really sound funny people and it's rare that you would be stressed out in here. So yeah feeling thankful and lucky for where I work.

Catching up on housework. It's a grand wee house when it's cleaned up. I'd rather be outdoors, but it's too wet.

I know everyone will think I'm mental, but overcast weather makes me happy.

Th I'm growing new houseplants to share from cuttings. Seeing the new roots forming in the jam jars of water is so TH.

Happy at the integrity of the roof over my head as a weather tantrum makes sleep impossible. Aluminium echoes.... happy too that I honestly do not need to emerge from my refuge today. self sufficiency!

I think that being tucked up in bed on a wet and windy night, listening to the rain on the roof, is a joy. All the sweeter for me as I had to put up with a leaky roof for years.

Went to tax my car, fully convinced the tax for the year was €280. Went on and it’s only €180 for the year! :D must’ve got mixed up, happy days! :D:D

Only problem here is that this is an aluminium dwelling s no sound proofing and echoes are very very loud... Swings and roundabouts! But makes me very thankful...

Happy at the fragrant aroma of cooking blackberries; rendering a great pan for health giving winter juice... they even have a natural antibiotic.. Nature is awesome and generous

Happy I dragged myself out for a walk in between deluges.. Glorious out there then; tide at its rock crunching peak... sly clear until you look at the horizon where dark deluges are forming.. more berries and flowers and my legs feel like legs again, not just lumpy appendages.. and happiest that I beat the rain ! GOTCHA! All I need now is to get my feet warm ;) Cat. where are you? Ah bliss; warm fur...
