I saw some dope driving a Focus this morning with two space saver spare wheels on the rear of it, and he was tearing through roundabouts. Was waiting for him to lose it around a corner. How do you even end up with two of them?

Rob off another, had a focus previous and robbed it, got from Scrappy....
Usually a punto you would see this.

    https://data.gov.ie/

Should be there, i haven't gone looking but thats usually where that kind of stuff is. You'd need to know a bit about API scraping and some coding to get it to work like it does on those sites but the raw data will be in there somewhere. If he finds the json file and opens it up it should point him in the direction of where the data is stored.

    Brilliant, thanks a lot!

No photo, but over in Slovakia last week and see a bright yellow yoke rumbling down the road beside me and as it passed it was a
Brabus G-wagon, lovely sound off it. pricey bit of kit.

Was driving to Galway this evening for College on the M6 before junction 16 the motorway pull in parking area is all closed off with cones and a barrier what’s that all about couldn’t see any reason for it to be closed.

There's one on the M7 southbound that's closed permanently for as long as it's been there for some reason.

There's something hugely satisfying about having a freshly cleaned car with a full tank of diesel and a new set if tyres sitting on the driveway.

I treated the Avensis to a set of Pirelli P7s today. Between the new tyres and tracking it's driving great again. Service is booked too and I may as well do the NCT early now that it'll be ready.

Tyres were cheaper to buy in the local store than ordering online too for added WIN

Involuntary. Apparently showing up to a Boards.ie Motors meet in my new 7 seater is trolling :pac:

    Legal reasons.

It's a fight over what service agents gets it I believe.

Ah sorry, I didn't realise they meant a service station. I mean one of the parking lay-bys. There's one on the M7 with a permanent barrier closing it off.

I watched a guy on a Merc hit the barrier and destroy the front end of his car one day. Didn't realise the barrier was closed.

Is it just me, or can tourists not drive at an appropriate speed on our roads?

They're always going that bit too slow.

They spend most of their time looking anywhere but the road.

I don’t mind once they’re not crashing into things. Met one on the wrong side of the road a few weeks ago, nearly got a new car out of it.

Fitted a dashcam today in wife's Hyundai Kona. Bloody fuse box is micro prong. Called one motor factor for a tap adapter and he didn't know what I was on about. It was late today so probably didn't want to talk to me. Anyone know if these are easy to get.

It's not a standard fuse, mini fuse or micro blade but a micro prong tap adapter.

Galway traffic seems to be brutal enough on a saturday afternoon motorway is grand but then from Kilbeggan to Kilkenny is just constant stuck behind slow moving vehicles with limited opportunities to pass them. In saying all that I think Galway is such a nice place to be one of the few counties I would be happy to move too. Not sure the whole working full-time attending college part time thing is all its cracked up to be though well not with the 450km return journeys on top of it.

I came across a bunch of Americans in a Kadjar last week just after they'd filled it with petrol instead of diesel, asked them if they wanted a hand pushing it out of the way of the pump until their recovery arrived and they were delighted and full of praise...

The looks they gave me when I told them they'd have to get out and give me a hand!!

Obviously I got back in the car and fecked off. Passed them hours later still blocking the pump

Saw a rental car being pulled over yesterday in galway city.

Not sure the reason for pulling over but when the blue lights went on, without indicating they pulled across the path of the garda car, mounted the kerb and came to a stop on the footpath

Seen the new Focus at a dealers yesterday, seems nice. The inside is very pared back, less of the clutter and more straight lines. Reminded me of an A3 inside. Door cards seemed less bulky too, along with the centre area around the handbrake. Seats seemed low and didn't really have bolsters

As said by another member on here, it looks like a bulbosaur from pokemon. I think they are hideous.

I think they're way better looking than any of the fancy brands in the same size bracket. Makes the current Golf look very dated also.
