Sleeping with shift-work/jet-lag

    Hi everyone,

    I’m doing some research into the difficulties people experience with sleeping when working in shift work, or flying internationally (so jet-lag).

    Is sleeping a big problem for people in these areas, or does your body adjust? If it is a problem, what kind of sleep aids/lifestyle changes do people find most effective?

    Don't work shifts. Fly frequently several hours. Read novels. Time flies (excuse pun). Eyes get heavy. Fall asleep. Similar working on laptop while flying. No problems flying, unless rough ride (storms, etc.). Use same strategy to overcome jet-lag in hotel rooms.
