Didn't work out too well for Sugg and Coates. These boys are big fish in small ponds over here. Ireland is too small to go undetected. If they go abroad, they'll wanna make more bank but to do so they'll have to move in on someone else's patch. Russians/Morrocans/Whoever else don't give a f*ck who you are.

These are rough estimates but Dublin has a pop of around 1.2 million people.
say 5% of population smoke a gram of weed weekly and 2% snort a gram of coke.
that's 60 kilos of weed and 24 kilos of coke a week for just dublin.

Flashy has a large share of that market as his selling on behalf of liam byrne and cancer

Money can't buy class either. Most of these fellas are still scrotes no matter how much dirty cash they have. Plenty of them are borderline illiterate. They can hardly master English, imagine them trying to conduct business in Spanish. They can slap on a Rollie or a Gucci bag all they want, they're still just little tracksuit-clad gimps for the most part.

Christy got himself educated, if somewhat unconventionally, and doesn't openly court media attention. There's a reason why there are few like him. There's also a reason why even less make it to his age and remain on top.

They're making a lot more than that. But what can they do with it? They don't seem to be able to clean enough so they can retire, so they have no option but to keep going. Although, there are always a few who keep their heads down and succeed.

There's the danger. You pop your head above water and the police are all over you. Are you gonna risk spinning around in a 191 with no means for same? If not, then why bother getting into it all? It's a balancing act. I think greed and status and envy eventually catches most of these fellas out. They say ''ah I'll be smart and not show what I have'' but then they see someone else rolling around in a nice motor and want to show their own worth. If you were level-headed, happy with your lot and not a show off, you could make money but are you gonna settle while others are seemingly living it up?

That's without mentioning things like rats, rivals and simply getting sloppy in your operations.
