Patrick Bergin is very upbeat, keeping our spirits up, instead of misery.

I'd say Bergin would be a good man to go for a few pints with.

There must be more people on this thread than the LLS thread, my page is refreshing a lot, or maybe it's that this show is stale :P;)

I'd say Bergin would be a good man to go for a few pints with.

He seems the type who would absolutely own a pub. Sitting by the fire, a pint of the black stuff in front of him and regaling everybody with stories and folklore.

He seems a very decent bloke.

Wouldn't that be funny, if Ray came in & found them Jenny & Will trying out the toys ... on each other :P

Oh gawd, this has me coughing me own spittle... Ray spooning porridge into the chillers...

I'd say stick to the acting.

Releasing footage this year was a joke, technology would be around the last 10 years plus to enhance it.

The Trevor Deely case always interested me. I was out in town that night myself. I was at a Richard Ashcroft concert in the Olympia and i do remember the weather being awful.

I'm not watching tonight. I was in the middle of something else. Just reading back properly now.

How was Pat? Did he mention the castle in Tipperary at all?

I'd be thinking he may have entered the canal myself, many people fell in of a night out over the years.

    Hi sligojoek

He was in good form, plugging Eastenders and his upcoming gigs.

Good story about trying it on with Uma Thurman. He sounds like he could captivate a room with his tales.

Trevor Deely's Brother and Sister on now. Very sad. Can't help thinking how I would have made similar walks home after nights out in Dublin around that time.

    That's right. Emmil near Cloughjordan.

Looking at the comments, he was on about half ten. I'll get it on plus 1.

I've thought some aspects of this case were a bit odd from the details that emerged this year. What was he doing hanging around the Grand Canal area in the middle of the night? It didn't seem from the CCTV footage that he was simply heading straight home after a night out.

I normally tune out of this kind of interview, but I feel for that family.

The Brother and Sister are doing their family proud, hopefully they will get some kind of closure soon.

I used to work there around the time and delivered in that back gate 5 nights a week.

Not sure what time they closed it but about 8pm so I tried together there to beat to gate.

The rout he walked in is odd unless they moved the door that was to the opesite corner to the left.

The girls of the night I would know who would be around on what nights at the time just by looks but not now.

Very strange rout to walk home.

I was wondering myself if there was a prostitution or drugs angle. It seemed more that he was hanging around rather than passing through quickly.
