Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We're due to get our tickets allocated tomorrow. So I would assume they will be available in your account in Special Purchases from then?

Usually in the special purchases section from the Thur/Fri

You'd want to back around row EE according to official sources. But I'd imagine back around row AA or lower is sound if the wind isn't blowing in the wrong direction.

How long does it normally take for your attendance at the games to show on the portal?

If it's in Croke Park it will be updated immediately.
If it's anywhere else usually Monday or Tuesday but sometimes it can take longer than that.

Is the bring a friend option valid for all league games and some championship matches. I know that it may not be in ST reserved areas. Would the bring a friend enter in the same stile as ST holders.

You can bring a friend to every single game except for an All Ireland Final. They will be sat beside you.

Does anyone know if you can scan a picture of a card to gain entry in to grounds.
I know you can with ones for Croker that are mailed to you?

I highly doubt you can. The printed tickets for Croke Park are actual tickets which is why they are accepted

    Mail from GRMA:
    A chara,

    Hope you are well today.

You recently contacted us with relation to adding your 2018 Season Ticket, we wanted to get back in touch to let you know that due to unprecedented volumes this year the date you will be able to add your Season Ticket points is on the 16th of February rather than after the 27th January as we initially planned. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

If you have any additional questions, please read our FAQs or contact us at grma

You should be able to get into any allianz league hurling match with any hurling league season ticket.
But i had to email the season ticket email about four or five times to clarify this.

The only reason i knew it was the case was because of the posts on this thread.

Do you just scan as normal when it's a match not involving your own county?

Both scanned by the same scanner? If so, then one of them wasn't scanned correctly.

I could not make the Waterford v Tipp Hurling game last Saturday as my partner and i were away. Our season tickets had yet to arrive so I forwarded on the e-mail confirmation to two friends who were going to use.
At the gate, the steward asked them for ID to prove they were me and refused to take the e-mail as tickets and ended up charging my mates?

Surely this is wrong as I am free to give my tickets away if I can't make a game I have already paid for?

If they had your card it wouldn't have been a problem. I think the email was only usable for game 1 if your card hadn't arrived

I was for the Wexford game as my card was not posted out on time. I had to use it again for Thurles as my cards only arrived on Monday of this week in the post two days after the Tipp game
