The quiet trees are the dangerous ones.

If i'm in really desperate need to pee yes, otherwise i would look for the nearest toilet, but if you really need to go than sometimes you have no other choice than do your business in a public area.

I don't know why most of you are being so coy about it.

If I had a willy I'd pee in public if it was in a discrete place and absolutely necessary. No guilt.

So because you dont have a willy, if it becomes absolutely necessary, what do u do?

I see people pissing down alleways at 2am, whatever.
Pissing on the front door handle of a business is a different story however. Can't accept that.

I think we've all been caught short and had to nip down a lane or an ally. There's a total lack of public toilets around Dublin so it's a fairly common sight.
When hiking, definitely. Very uncomfortable walking with a bladder full of wee.

I got caught short in Ringsend :D:D:D late one night. It was AGONY, and I still had a way to go back to where I was staying.
Had to wee on a quay facing the 3 arena. Not my finest hour....

Depends on which side of the door you are on. ;)

    No.

My mammy taught me how to use a toilet so I use them instead.

Every pub has at least one, there's no shortage.

Yeah, as long as the barman isn't a dick and says for customers use only.

I'd be discreet but I don't have any hang ups about doing it. I don't get why it's sucha big deal, especially when public toilets are practically non-existent.

Things are pretty tame here compared to Finland, they treat having a slash in public as a national sport.
