I'd like Cark to win tomorrow.

Only problem is, I'd then have a tough choice between them and Galway... :o:o:D;)

I live in a village on the west coast and the pubs, restaurants and B&Bs around here have been booming for the last two years.

Whoever coined the #WAW or was probably an accident? & now they have a WAW passport to collect stamps from each county now ;)

I had a quick look there to see how long the Wild Atlantic Way was thinking I could take it in over a weekend, it's actually 2500km's long, feckin hell :D
Yeah. It took that tool Joe Duffy a fortnight to understand it's not just a straight road from North to South.

I;m just in. Is it worth a look on plus1?

Oh right, "that b*ll*x from Kerry" as the postman knows him.
I'll give it a miss then. I'll keep watching my documentary on hoax terrorist attacks. Something cheery for the weekend.

Joe Brolly puts other pundits in the shade.

    Somebody hi-five me, quick!

Especially when he chased a burglar down the road in his boxers & not forgetting his other arm was in a sling:eek::D

    Here's some mad facts:

As well as The Sunday Game in their 25th year, i see BigEars say MOTD, it's their 25th Anniv too!

Who would av thought an underdog wud av beat Chelsea, same could be said for another underdog winning Sam Maguire in '92 :D

That was also the same year as the LA Riots, there might be another one in Chelsea tonite, as ironically the last time they lost on opening day,
As it was the same month as Diana... you know the rest!

If results don't go their way, Conte maybe sent off to Coventry ;)

    Here's a song that's famous because of Di... :o;)

Ha, I remember watching Catch on the ITV Chart Show that fateful Saturday ... alas it was on the morning showing not the repeat they faded out to go to the Newsflash, I went to bed early that night and missed all the kerfuffle about Diana and her crew. Alas.

I always thought if Tim Wheeler from Ash and Sharleen Spiteri from Texas made a baby together it might look like the singer from Catch.

    What the Jeez?

Catch released a second single :pac:

Not a patch on 'Bingo' though :D

Louis Walsh appears every series too, doesn't he? ;)

Last of the series tonight - another sign that summer's nearly over. And it doesn't feel like seven weeks ago that Mir chatted to John Bishop and Johnny Giles together, and Wyvern Lingo demonstrated that they wouldn't sound out of place on Later with Jools... :D

  • Registered Users Posts: 72,286 ✭✭✭✭Welsh Megaman

Mir: Louis, how come you are so out of touch with the entire music industry and have not been culturally relevant in 15 years?

    Louis: Brendan's a nice guy, he's a lovely guy, I think he'll go far...genuinely.

Mir: Only I get to say 'genuinely', you little sho1te!

The audience cannot clap in time.

Now the audience are instructed to shout out "right here, right now" and to keep clapping along with the theme tune... ;)

Miriam keeps referring to who these people "obviously" are. It's not obvious to me.

I expect RTE have lots of famous entertaining unmissable guests lined up, but they are holding them back up until Tubs and Darcy return.

I may need to re-appraise this opinion in September.

This RTE Player is a load of crap.

Plays the adverts fine and then shows a black screen where the show should be.

    I blame Ryle Nugent.
