I wish I could answer that, but everyone's idea of "normal" is different. Maybe once you're out of school you'll be able to structure your life in a way that's manageable for you, and that suits you

I hope so. I don't mean to come across like a moany pain in the arse every night but its all I can think about at night. No distractions no avoidance. I don't even know if I'm making sense I'm so tired and unfocused and not sure if I'm being cohesive at all.

You're making sense alright, don't worry about that. I know what you mean about nights being the worst though, I get that with anxiety sometimes for the same reasons

I find I do it a lot when I'm working, if I'm putting an order through the till it helps me to talk myself through it. I do it sometimes when I'm doing college work as well, must be a concentration thing
