There were a few moments in Cast Away that were really sad. His relationship with Wilson was quite endearing but obviously a coping mechanism for the extreme isolation.

    Requiem For A Dream
    Schindlers List
    Green Mile
The Wind That Shakes The Barley
The last 10 minutes of Léon.

Two that really upset me as a kid:
    ET
    When The North Wind Blows.

    The Lovely Bones.

Not only was it sad but it had a deeply disturbing feel about it. It's stayed with and given me nightmares I wake up crying from.
It was also an absolutely dreadful film!

The end of In America also always stuck with me. Not only did I cry during it, and I'm not a cryer usually, I was telling someone about it and I got choked up during that, the whole teary eyes and quivering voice.
    Absolutely mortifying :)
    It was a great film.
