Thanks OP, I bagged three packs, it made me smile when in SuperValu I noticed they were charging over €16 for one pack of 4 blades!

Any ideas would these stay fresh if not used for a year or so, I've still some left from last offer.

How many didya get to have some left over a year:confused:
For a fair faced fella, like me how long would one razor last, as i've seen on that site maybe the most is 9-26wks:eek:

I looked up for some there myself, until i got this message below on one item:confused:
SureMen Xtracool - was maybe on the no fly list on Restricted Items ;)
    Not cool at all

I got 4 packs of the ProShield Chill last time but I had some from a previous purchase left on top of those, always pays to stock up, think it's 10 years plus that I bought at full retail price :D

The Superdrug website is a great way to pick up branded toiletries at prices cheaper than in Ireland and with free delivery to Ireland. At least that's the excuse I gave myself when I ordered a lot more than just the razors.

I got these last year from superdrug.
Much like the special packs of mach 3 blades from boots they are actually inferior blades.

If you use a real blade first.
Then when thats gone start using the superdrug bought blades, they dont last as long and dont give as nice a shave and can be a bit sore too.
Then you change back to the real ones again you will notice the difference.

The superdrug packs and boots packs are actually different quality blades.

    Not at all.
Just giving my experience of them. People can use it or not. I wouldnt buy them again. I'll stick to the normal packs. But you use what works for you. No need for the hostility. just trying to give people more info.

Do you have any idea of the trading standards backlash that would cause in the UK were it true?

Im gonna add to the "bullsh!t" response from the previous poster.

Either way, it doesn't really effect me, when I shave properly it's with a DE razor, these are handy to have for tidying up the edges quickly, a pack will last several years. Cheers OP

Should be a doddle to check when we get them - if the packaging is identical
to the retail ones then they're the same surely?

Eg. These look fake as fook

Also calling BS on this post, there is no way boots or superdrug are selling below standard items.

I purchased fakes before online from Ebay, they appeared almost 100% identical in packaging and appearance as the real blades, it would be close to impossible for any consumer to tell them apart, however and it's a big however after just starting a shave with the fake blade you could tell straight away something was up, didn't compare at all with the real deal, they wouldn't even be comparable with the 21 cent Bic disposable blades, they were just rubbish. The blades I previously got from Superdrug were 100% the real deal, quality was exactly the same as other geniune blades I have used.
