Chin non existent in the second half, Wexford are average.

There certainly a lot fitter then last year but where found out today in hurling ability

this is probably what i have been trying to say about them , think they will struggle in the 1/4 finals especially if they meet someone like waterford tipp or kilkenny (who are not finished yet) in the next round

That was dull. Next week's Munster Final will be a lot more exciting.

    Ah now come one.

Tipp the only team to beat wexford so far in league and Championship. Wexford much improved on last year.

Are Tipp good enough to win via the scenic route? 2 possible huge obstacles in the bowl with them tomorrow.

Is the draw tomorrow morning as usual?

Could easily do the draw now

It's on both at 8.30 In the morning want Waterford vs Dublin, not Waterford vs Tipp or Kilkenny

Wexford lising by 10 and still playing a sweeper.exposed in croke park and cant see them beating one of the qualifiers.sweepers get you so far but not all the way.they are very like waterford 2 years ago.

Will it be double header, or home draw?

If latter I sincerely hope DCB don't agree to some pre football thing. Only chance we have is home in Parnell.

Neutral venues. QFs fixed for PUC though

Great scoring from the Galway forwards considering Cathal Mannion is injured, Jason Flynn was taken off mid way through the first half and Canning was relatively quiet. Some real depth up front for them now.

As a sop to them for not having their house in order 3 weeks ago:rolleyes:. Thurles is the natural venue for a qr final double header.

Highly unlikely, Tipp just not at the races this year for whatever reason.

Getting Dublin in the draw would just be delaying the inevitable.

Galway were good without having to hit top gear. The two Conney's were outstanding. Would be worried about a team like Cork playing low ball into our defence. Monaghan had a good game when he came on.

    Settle down Davy.

Was there looking at him. What a fooking clown. Roaring like a man possessed. Fourth official had a full time job with the idiot when he came off his perch.

From what I'm hearing from Cork, it wont be ready for the QF's either so they may be in Semple yet.

Not sure why people still get riled by him tbh. Whatever he does its proven to be effective time and time again. Producing magic with this Wexford team who have their limitations.

I agree. The anti-Davy stuff is so boring at this stage.

The cork county board will demand the quarter finals be delayed till its ready. Isn't that how it works??

There is nothing magic about them. Beat a poor Kk team and were hopeless today in the second half. Going nowhere

Have heard a potential Tipp vs Waterford will take place in Limerick

Nowlan Park Kilkenny would make the most sense but apparently the they may have little available stewards as they will at the Kilkenny vs Dublin game were ever that will be played the same day

A round 2 double header in Port Loaise, Tullamore or Thurles would be ideal but this is the GAA were talking about

Right. Only already gained promotion in the league and got to a Leinster final in year 1. Playing with house money already regardless of how the quarter final goes.

One poor half of hurling and Davy is a failure though.

The problem is davy will do one more year and that's it. As I said earlier they are extremely fit but lacked hurling ability today when it mattered most. They won't trouble any of the qualifiers.

There is absolutely nothing magic about getting promotion in the league and beating a piss poor Kilkenny team. Of All the teams left in the championship wexford are the weakest

Its a good young team that's only going to improve. I think Davy can get a leinster title out of them at least with a bit of luck. They aren't quite ready yet but the improvement is clear to see already.

With the group of players at his disposal it's a great achievement. Beating Galway, Limerick and Kilkenny during the campaign. No chance they do it still under Liam Dunne.

That last sentence is nonsense too. Beaten Kilkenny twice this year and would be favourites against Dublin. You're massively overreacting to one poor half of hurling against the best team in the country.

Some amount of nonsense being written about Wexford here, obviously some people with an axe to grind. To come from the base they were at to gain promotion and beat Kilkenny is a fantastic achievement. Were second best to a really good Galway team today, but they've every chance of making an All Ireland semi final yet

Sunday Game analysts looking for games to be a double header in Croke Park next week. A little research would tell them there's a concert there
