Got out and see what they want maybe they kicked a football into your yard or something. Not all teens are bad.

Go out and pull a sick wheelie on the biggest kid's bike. They'll respect you for it.

Turn on the lights, first. Being in the dark is always scary.

Then go ask them what they want.

    Maybe they're selling cookies.

But I thought these teens were in real life? Or do you avoid hotels because of the Shining?

I would avoid hotels with that pattern of carpet just in case

Step 1: Answer the door and see what they want

Lay out your remote control train set, attach life-sized cardboard cut-outs to the trains, and turn on said train set. Pump out some tunes and watch the bad guys hastily retreat.

They'll be as useful as a dyslexic on countdown, you'd have a better chance rubbing the lamp and a genie coming out. Gards don't care unfortunately.

Challenge them to a water fight, then put the kettle on & fill your supersoaker

Simple. Put up a sign saying:

"Free sweets for sexy kids, just knock on my door. Preferably after dark"

One of the rules of a scary movie:

Never unlock the doors and look outside.

Be sure to inform them that their behavior wouldn't have been tolerated in the good old days, and make reference to the fact that Lugs Branigan would have given them a good clip around the ear.

    Glazers Out!

Talk in different voices so that they think you've a ton of people over. Always works.

I found the best antidote to annoying teens was having your own teens. It's usually their mates on their bikes. They go off and annoy other people. You get a pass. Selfish but true.
