How did the A&R heads fare with this deal?

I have to send mine back due to DHL customs duties unfortunately.

Also sent mine back as they were asking for exact same price in charges as I paid for the thing.

DHL are the worst too, they'd try charge you VAT on a letter, I'd to fight with them for over a week because they were trying to charge me VAT on a drone I sent to DJI in China for repair, I had proof of purchase/VAT already paid, it was only the chassis of the drone too, eventually I got it from them. I always avoid them at all costs now.

It's a mess, currently still with DHL, have to ring them tomorrow so see if I can get it delivered without being charged for duty etc. but I recon it'll be going back to Arrow, tried Arrows customer service, they were useless... so it'll be a credit card charge back

Good luck with that, they're such a difficult company to deal with, I once got a debt collecting letter requesting €500 VAT for a parcel they delivered a year previously which they never asked for on delivery, furthermore the value of the parcel was less than €100, I was baffled, I told the debt collector I've never bought anything for over €100 and I could prove it, maybe they stuck an extra zero on there by mistake, they never called me back again.
I've stopped getting stuff from the US unless I really have no other option as the VAT and/duty is just an absolute rip off

Kirby's Adventure on the Wii, a pretty good game, served as a strong template for the current crop of very good Kirby titles.
Hard to find, and fairly cheap on adverts

Nice little bargain. No ones wants it though :(

Stock photo, does it have original box? What condition?
"good working condition" suggests to me "scratched to bits but still loads anyway"
    Missing manual

It's a lot of effort to go to to actually even know what you're buying, seller needs to put proper pics up, and elaborate a little on the description.

That's true. I didn't look at the description as I have it all ready and don't need another copy.
Still surprised no one has asked any questions.

They're great for orders over 50 anyway. Not sure if customs is paid on orders less than 50.

Rule of Rose on PS2 in CEX Bray for €198.
Not sure what it’s worth these days but I think it goes for around that price or higher depending on condition.

I wonder what I have to trade for it....

Is it really going for that money these days? Seems like it was €80-100 a few years ago.

Heh, I remember buying Rumble Roses for €10, thinking that it was that one rather than Rule of Rose that was the one that was pulled just before launch. Thought I'd got a bargain.

Not quite a bargain but a nice game nevertheless.
Skullmonkeys for the PS at the knockdown price of €30.
Some wiggle room there, but not as great as the lil'bonus room!

I see Ronnie just listed a Pony II for 1250. Needs a new control panel but that's a really not a bad price given how desirable and rare those smaller ones are.

I know right? If I remember correctly, any Pony II I've seen has been Capcom Cute prices, so 2400.

Would snap it up if I didn't have a butt load of other expenses this month.

Same here, I've bought a load of mega drive games this month and my wife is due in about 2 weeks so I dont think an arcade can arriving along with the baby would be the best :p

I've got that comic art addition going on again at the moment, had two John Hicklenton Nemesis pages offered to me that I couldn't say no to

All the best in two weeks. Another Player 2 to add to the A&R fold! :)
