Help!! I broke into a house and now i'm stuck in the attic.

I heard movement downstairs and someone opened the hatch,but i didn't say anything because i didn't want to startle them.I don't want to be charged with breaking and entering either. what do??

How did you get into the house? The guy has witnesses that he locked the door and he has remembered us about 10 times he isnt trolling
