Salmon, roasted courgette, and a teeeeny bit of pasta with pesto.

Doing this 3 regular and 2 smallish meals thing again in an effort to stop the toast and cereal snacking.

Haven't had chocolate or a biscuit since lent. This will be me come easter....

Lunch break: cheap brown roll with cheap sliced ham. Exquisite...

At least the BBQ Hula Hoops were nice for dessert :)

Yup, first time it's ever happened me.

They are Tesco's Ballyfree Free Range. Only used four so far from the half dozen and all four were double yolks.

Still have two eggs left... I might video them being cracked and sell the story to the Daily Mail :p

Our own free range hens always seemed to produce more double yolks, but 4 out of 6 is some going.

    Today's food:

8am: porridge, almond milk, seeds, maple syrup, coffee.
11am: mandarin, oatcakes and peanut butter, coffee
1pm: salmon and broccoli quiche, chicken and noodle soup
6pm: turkey burger from FXB, sweet potato, peas
    9:30pm: raisins and brazil nuts

Am still starving. Didn't eat as often as I normally would and would usually have a fruit juice but didn't today. Have a cadbury caramel egg burning a hole in my handbag .......

These aren't the last two from that first half dozen (am saving them for a video exclusive).

These were two from another half dozen box.

Just had a Brazilian black bean stew for lunch courtesy of Leon in London.
Dinner will be something excessively healthy given the weighing scales are still giving me grief lately.

I had some spuds and brocolli and salad for lunch today. I boiled the spuds then fried them with onions and herbs on the pan. They were yum.

I think I will go out for dinner this evening and go get my new favourite thing in the world....chili chips...It's really a few chips covered in a kinda spicy garlic sauce with peppers, onions and bits of ginger thrown in for good measure. It is to die for. My sister says it is called "chili finger" in other parts of India. I just call it heaven.

Nothing. A vicious stomach bug has swept through the family.

Had a cup of tea about 6 hours ago.

Weak as a kitten right now.

I got my 6 year old son in my usual 'iron grip' but he escaped so easily, even though he is sick too.
