An oven roasted chicken fillet coated in green pesto and topped off with tomato slices and mozzerella. A baked spud with slaw on top is on the side. Bainne to wash it down.

A cashew nut in my "Hello to the Queen" dessert. I am allergic to cashews and all nuts.

Thankfully I didn't swallow it, spat it out, rinsed my mouth, took my meds and so far haven't had to use my epipen.

I had told them I was allergic to nuts, told him again as he went to put the order in. He came out with cashew nuts in it. I told him I couldn't eat them that I was allergic. It came back with them obviously just scrapped off the top. I told them I needed a fresh one as there could still be some in there. Halfway through and I though it was just a bit of biscuit I bit into but turned out to be cashew. F**kers.

I had apple pie and custard yesterday evening. Hopefully I hid the rest well enough at home so that I'll have apple pie and custard tonight :pac::pac:

There was a muffin sale in work as well, so have a few sitting on my desk "for the kids".

Also just had chilli, I used beef chunks instead of mince and slow cooked it in the oven. It's seriously probably one of the nicest things I've ever made, and I make nice grub!

I was intending to enjoy the third of a trio of excellent chicken and stuffing on malted bread I treated myself to yesterday in Aldi..... But someone either feline or canine got there first.

Still I enjoyed fried sausages and mushrooms and a banana ;)

Salmon wrapped in spinach and filo pastry is prepared for herself and ready for the oven shortly. Me? Fried eggs (3) and beans with baby boiled spuds. My version of Eaton Mess for dessert.
