    I had a Creame Egg.

It was awful. They need to be rounded up and nuked from existance.

They guy who invented them needs to be severly punished and his lineage made to live in Carlow for eternity.

Instead of nuking them after being rounded up, I will volunteer to eat them all.

I actually find the mini Creme eggs nicer than the normal sized Creme eggs!

Terrible weekend of excess! Chinese takeaway on Saturday and Sunday due to sports fixtures. Lots of porter too. Tonight its back to wholesome with a beef casserole and mash with batch loaf and bainne.

Made bolognese with turkey mince. Won't be doing that again. Was very tasty but it's just not the same. Works with chilli though for some reason. Also decided to have a glass of wine seeing as the bottle was already open from making the dinner >.>

Had Pho Bo (beef noodle soup with loads of beansprouts and chillies) for dinner. It was class.

The turkey mince tends to soak up the sauce which changes the expected consistency.
I've started to use turkey mince with creamy chickeny sauces as it stops the soakage.

Tonight was mash spuds, beans and chicken goujons. Delish.

    Dairymilk Daim and tea. Delish.

Mistook a jug of gone off pancake mix for wife's pineapple and coconut milk smoothie. Spat it across the kitchen table. Now eating a bowl of bran flakes and sulking.

Just finishing off a veggie enchillada on the beach in Goa, India. Makes me laugh that the beans that come with the enchillada are Heniz baked beans. Still yummy though.

The pico de gallo is the nicest I have ever had and the natural yoghurt is working well. Wish had remembered to tell them no mushrooms though as have lost a third of my food.

Slow cooked Massaman Curry Lamb Shanks on a bed of basmati rice.

The sort of stuff that makes my pants not fit.

    Deadly.

Homemade brown bread from my friend's Aunty. Delicious and full of crunchy seeds. She's a dynamite baker, Bit of butter and a mug of tea. Simple and filling.

Managed to eat a tube of Pringles and a bag of sweets during a four hour shift last night so will be eating a lot less than planned today.

still recovering from a full-on stomach assault after a week of the worst/best possible food in New York last week.

Had some wholewheat pasta with pesto for dinner yesterday and will have a sandwich with loads of wafer thin roast turkey slices and a salad for lunch.

I'm still laughing. Aw I needed a good giggle :D

Thanks - you know who you are :pac::pac::pac::pac:

Just eaten 2 small toasted rolls with ham and cheese a bag of Snack a Jacks Salt n Vinegar flavoured Rice and Corn Snacks.
    Cup of tae as well.

The corn and rice snacks were disappointing.

I find a mix of both beef mince and turkey mince works well.

I just had some chicken and peppers done in fajita seasoning and mixed in with some rice, simple and surprisingly tasty

Nothing much today except a crappy sandwich at the hospital...yuch! We had planned eating out on the way home but the clinic took so long, Mrs S. just wanted home.

Looks like it's a choice between scrambled eggs or beans, or both, at this stage.
