Breakfast was porridge made with protein milk, sprinkle of cinnamon, sunflower seeds, chopped hazelnuts, blueberries, and a dollop of honey. Then had half a raisin & cinnamon bagel with honey and a mug of tea. Sets you up nicely for the day.

Being Saturday, I don't eat dinner. So, some fresh wheaten bread and lemon curd.

2 burgers with Brocolli. Fairly dull but the burgers are delish. Just mince, salt, pepper, granulated garlic and onion powder.

Croke Park can be such a bad influence. Chinese takeaway in Drumcondra. Just finished a Cadbury's Double Decker too, during the race back to rural Ireland for nearly last orders.

Oh man I had a big Chinese feed on Friday night and went to bed.

There must have been something wrong with it as I began having trouble with my arse in the early hours of the morning.

I was defecating on an hourly basis. Watery sludgy stuff. The smell would stun a donkey. Sick sh1t.

Thankfully I recovered within 24 hours.
