    Tell me about it. I didn't really want any was so full after so much carbs.

    Yeah back to exercise myself and cut out the rubbish.

    The Green extra was just a little Brucie Bonus to get me thru Wednesday, its not every day I have one ya know.

    Corned beef hash; made too much once and froze a couple of helpings, and smoked bacon... both from the bottom compartment of my now immaculate freezer

    Coffee.. made it too strong thinking the cheap instant needed more,, WOW :eek:
