I just had king prawns stir fried with a bit of sesame oil, chili, garlic, coriander, shallots and some broccoli thrown in and fecked the lot onto a bed of basmati rice.

    Now to ride Mrs O'Reilly.

What did you use to make them? My breakfasts could do with a bit of a shake up, so might try a few different overnight oats recipes

30g oats. 80ml almond milk. 150g greek yogurt. 8g ground almonds. 15g chia seeds. 30g vanilla whey. 30g raspberries. (to be precise :P).

It's a daycent amount of food. Very hand for a grab and go brekkie.

Just had a chicken stewy thingy for lunch that was only bleedin delish man.

Had a Quater pounder with cheese in McDonalds earlier. First visit since before Christmas. Now I know why. All I could taste was ketchup and onions. Home now with a TV dinner experiment from Supervalu. More news later!

Well that TV dinner I mentioned earlier turned out to be pretty meh. It was a Supervalu Thai Red Chicken curry with Basmati rice. It took 12 mins to nuke with a break in between to sprinkle some water on the rice. Some tasty flavours, but no kick and its really dry - not enough sauce.

Shame on me when I have a genuine Thai produced red paste in the press. But after work, I just wasn't bothered.:(
