4 new season British Queens spuds, 2 pieces of smoked coley poached in milk and butter with an added onion. Nearly had a calamity earlier as the water boiled out of the steamer. The kitchen smells of burn. :(

Got in from work dying for a bowl of nachos. I usually make my own chilli/salsa/tomato dip for it but there was a jar of "doritos Mild salsa" in the fridge so I decided to be lazy. What a waste! There is no flavour. Slightly sweet and vinegary tomato goo. I won't be making that mistake again!

Whatever is in the fridge is what I'ma gonna have, hungry now after reading these.

Hope whatever it is tastes like steak, homemade chips, deep fried brie on garlic bread with chicken filets and a serving of nachos!

I know this is going to sound really weird but my new quick meal is:

Cottage cheese with cous cous, white and black cracked pepper with a good lash of olive oil.

I don't know how I ever came across this but I've been eating it for the last year and I love it.

Add some sliced black or green olives to it for a bit of variety.

The beauty is it only takes a minute or two to prepare. Fairly healthy too.

    Ah thanks!

My Chicken wings were Lidl too and very good. After a 17 hour day, it was all I was interested in...and a few beers too! I haven't cooked for a few days due to work. Off all weekend. Did the shopping today so I'll think it will be a few of my faves over the next few days. Also picked up the ingredients for a recipe I got in Russia, a few months back. But tonight I'm home alone. Its already beer o'clock and I reckon its a sloppy takeaway later!

Made burgers but they're taking too long to cook in the oven and I'm so hungry :(

Have gerkins, roasted red peppers, onions, cheese, and portobello mushrooms to ate them with. And sweet potato wedges.

    So hungry.

Steaming some Cyprus potatoes, got some steak to go with them, and some veggies. Might chop some red onions and do those too.

Sipping a small glass of ice cold club super split while I wait, I don't normally like orange drinks as a rule but this tastes amazing and it's sugar free!

Just had a rib eye steak - medium rare - with salad.

And a glass of red >.>

Need the energy for dancing sure!
