You, yourself, aren't exactly unpredictable. Ye think you'd have learnt something by now. :D

    same people moaning, different thread.

Don't understand why they are in BA when they never contribute themselves.

I checked my Amazon account and on the orders screen it says a refund has been issued for the pot (heh) but when you go into the help screen and choose and order related to your issue it says the pot was dispatched on the 29th and will be arriving Monday. What are the chances they've issued a refund and delivered it at the same time? Says carrier is An Post but they don't recognise the tracking number. Don't want to shoot myself in the foot with live chat and make it obvious if a mistake's been made in my favour

Edit: Says it was with An Post on the 29th Nov and is in transit

Maybe you got MY refund  Still waiting on it to show up in my account and the first pot went back last Monday. Have now got my new Instant Pot - looks great and will be trying it out for the first time tomorrow.

Regarding your order dilemma, you have to balance the possibility of leaving it too late to rectify their error in cancelling your order (leaving you with nothing) or gambling on getting 2 for the price of 1 :pac:

Well my refund hasn't cleared yet either, one screen on amazon says it's been refunded and will appear soon, then the help screen shows it having dispatched (I don't think it's a problem with the address because we had other orders deliver fine) on the 29th. I'll wait to see does it arrive on Monday as it says and if not open a ticket
