How is it a conflict of interest? McGregor gets him viewers/listeners/subscribers. Its the business he's in.

Jesus lads he's being paid to do the event. He was wasn't in Manchester because his job didn't send him. Get a grip.

He's being paid for a function with McGregor, could lead to favorable reporting in future,

@Subcomandante Marcos Calm yourself down nobody has lost anything to get a grip of so relax yourself good man.

I see what you mean. i thought you meant it would compromise his ''full-time'' gig.

To be fair though I think its safe to say that Conor already has almost the entire MMA media (Helwani included) reciting the gospel according to McGregor, as it is.

Yeah thats true hence why they paid Helwani to fly across the atlantic for an hour interview, they are doing an online ppv of the interview lol.

It's a paid MC gig, so it's fair enough as long as he doesn't pretend he's doing actual independent journalism.

Very surprised both Conor and Ariel got involved with these people though. Seriously dodgy crowd. Funded by "backers" from Greece and the owner has a bankruptcy order against him and has cancelled the last 3 shows he tried to put on.

I think it's brilliant Ariel is the interviewer for this, who would honestly ask better questions? Neither have to worry about taking about UFC, Conor already has a very strange relationship with Dana ATM and Ariel clearly had no allegiance to them. So what if he's a McGregor fanboy, he's one of the top mma journo's in the world. Pity this isn't on in Ireland, I'd jump at a ticket. Fairplay the promo crowd for booking them, must be costing a fair bit.

I believe hes doing much better with some sort of different type of treatment correct me if im wrong

I'd have preferred a private interview between the 2, like the walk they took before his Dublin debut. With a massive crowd watching, Conor will probably be in hype mode.

I'm not joking, ppv streaming for an interview incredible really, and more incredible that there is idiots out there that will pay for it.

Word of warning for anyone thinking of going to this event with Conor in Manchester. Just a note of caution.

"An Experience With" is the new name of the company. The old name was "Olexy Fresh Promo".

They have a history of cancelling events close to the date of the event and then stringing along people for months for refunds.

People promised refunds within days were waiting 6 months for it. The owner also has a bankruptcy order against his name.

Yeah probably a complete con, and the tickets arent expensive some crazy prices think it was 4 or 500 pound for a photo with Conor, anyone paying it nearly deserves to get scammed tbh.

Their business model seems to be to advertise a big celebrity like Floyd Mayweather, sell a lot of tickets, cancel the event and then try evade refunds by changing the company name.

It's the 3rd change of company name since 2013 and the owner was petitioned with bankruptcy less than 2 months ago.

They do put on some events, of course, but to say that they are dodgy is an understatement.

Why don't these dopes waiting on refunds just do a charge back with their bank? People that stupid shouldn't have debit / credit cards.

that's mad for 4 pounds. Wonder will be able to pick it up some other way or catch a copy of it somewhere post the event. He is  a good talker but I don't know about this. Suppose anything negative i say on this I would be a hater. So I won't. Guess he and/or the organisers are just cashing in. And if someone is willling to pay then that is their right.
make hay when the sun shines.
ps. i agree i would rather see the conor in the ariel walk around dublin style than the most latest, but either way he will still entertain.

After McGregor loses to Mayweather, He will most likely retire. We may have watched McGregor's last UFC fight.

If it's only 4 pound, I guarantee everyone here was waste more money on a lot less multiple times in their life

Only 4 pound for something that will be uploaded withing seconds onto every form of social media within seconds, you'd have to be pretty thick to in fairness.

His point was that he was talking out his hoop and doesn't know little about MMA/McGregor.
Not that he doesn't know what the topic IS.

You could say the same thing about a fightpass sub or a BT sports subscription. But it's a lot more convent that torrents/mma-core im sure you'll agree.

My point is that 4 pound is peanuts. I wouldn't be surprised if people pay it to know sooner, or simply because it's an quick option. A lot of people rate their time a but more valuable than 4 pound. Hardly outrageous.

Personally, I'll probably be in bed, so I'll watch what ever appears on Reddit/streamable the following day. I'm completely prepared to get some hastily clobbered together highlights though.

Ah will ya stop theres a world of difference between a live fight and an interview, anyways as Wonder pointed out its probably one big scam seen as they have history for it.

You can get a live fight for free instantly from your cousins ;). It's no different really. Throwing money away the same way.

As I said, for a lot of people 4 quid is peanuts. I only wish I never wasted that sort of money. Only last week I bought a drink and split half of it. :o

IMO the idiots are the ones paying 125-400 for a seat on the floor tables. But nearly 150 (10 seat) tables have been sold. Plus 3000-3500 in the stands at 30 quid a pop. Maybe half a million pound in ticket sales, and its nearly sold out.

I'll try see the interview afterwards but I'd imagine 90% of it will be

"Floyd is a pussy, I got the license"
"**** Floyd, I don't need him, he needs me"
