    Just about to post the same. Following the ball and not focusing on the potential catcher. Its not a camera shot done during punts in NFL so its weird they are doing it here.

    It was a tip tackle, but that doesn't automatically mean red. If a player is tipped (legs above hips) and is dropped or driven into the ground head/neck first it's a red. But if it's below that it's a yellow.
