Only afterwards that we saw the bed had been resting against the cab.

The mad part was the fact it had recently passed the cvrt.

Just failed the Doe today came out with a hole in main beam passenger side at back wheel.
Now have to face into what seems to be a right mess.
Can anybody recommend a particular dealer that is good to deal with.
Don't want to change jeep at all as I've had it for the past 6 years and don't want anything else.
I need jeep but don't plan going new.

    Any recommendations are welcome.
    Thanks

My navara failed DOE yesterday, it's an 07, what can I expect nissan to offer me and how long does the whole process take?
I only have 21 days grace after the test to get it right or it'll have to come off the road.

    Hi Richie
You need to contact a dealer in your area, tell them it's failed DOE and they will arrange a date for you to bring it in. They do a report for nissan and you should hear from nissan within 48hrs. I didn't so put in a few calls.
I'm currently dealing with Seamus Hughes who is trying to sort everything out. Their offer was 6 k plus 3 if you trade against something from the garage new or used.
I just want mine replaced with same spec. As it's le preimium and I had no intention of changing before this having spent € 600 on bearings disks and pads.
Their looking for a replacement and will get back to me on Wednesday my doe retest runs out on Saturday.
So !! Watch this space !!

I passed a car transporter heading up the m8 today with 5 dirty navaras onboard . All rusty buybacks I would guess.

I remember folk saying the hilux vigos wouldn't last pıssing time in our climate - hope those comments didn't make lads go for the Navara instead...

    Hi Guys,

A quick Q: my trusted partner Navara decided to get rusty !

I have faild the DOE,as expected, but now i wonder if my car is roadworthy from a legal perpective ,can i drive it as "nothing" happened !?
If not drivable, can i tow it and drop it in the front yard of Nissan Ireland !?

I kind of know the answer, just what does it mean from DOE,road check points and insurance !

Has anybody gone the legal route with Nissan?
Would be interested in how it panned out - seems I have no other route.

    Hi Gavlar,

Did you get a result from this? What happened in the end?

    Regards,
