    a few hard nights frost coming, great weather if you are weaning or housing cattle. I suppose most people will be housing cattle from next weekend on.

    Big drop in temperature next Thursday but supposed to be dry and warmish afterwards again.

    I have sheep and hopefully a good scraw of lambs hitting the fields from February 20th , so going to start closing fields this week, very hard to do when there so happy and dry out but theres very little feeding in any grass left now. much more value in late march

    Ive put the cattle for finishing in the rock. They are cosy out in the shelter of it. Mix of silage the grass thats left and 4kg and no tearing up grazing ground. Hope to keep the rest out another month. Fingers crossed. Very heavy bursts of rain in those showers.
