Poor putt again from Rory. Not near the hole.

Serves McIlroy & Poulter right, bit too much banter with Westwood on that tee

Poulter seems the ideal partner for McIlroy. Just seems to work.

They lost the hole to a great birdie and we’re unlucky not to get one themselves

What has happened to DJ since this morning!

Rory showing his short games skills there.

Short game skills - his putting is embarrassingly bad.

Unlucky?? The putt never even touched the hole from 6 feet.

It never broke. Even the commentators said it was right to left outside the cup.

    Koepka not playing this afternoon.

Presume they mean the one from this morning that injured a spectator

Ah fair enough. Seems bizarre someone would want to watch someone get clocked in the face with a golf ball.

Whatever gets you off i suppose.

Ive a feeling Spieth and Thomas could catch fire at some point.
Spieth putting is even falling apart now!
This is a banker point for Europe now

He had Poulter readiing it for him too. That's usually where he goes wrong, so there's a pair of them in it.

When there's a break you don't putt through it.

    Shot of the day Rory.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,199 ✭✭✭qwabercd

He has been struggling with the putting most of year, although today is particually bad

He has actually been better than normal this year. Finished 85th in strokes gained putting on the pgatour. Was 141th in 2017 (2016: 135th, 2014: 41st, 2013: 118th).
