Are they going to put a tax on boring bukes, released before Christmas ?

No. They'll just maintain the generous tax break that exists for artists and writers, no matter if they are struggling or millionaire broadcasters who abuse their position to promote their work.

So Joe is waiting to hear from callers based "on what you know about what was in the budget"?

Is that not a bit ambitious for Da Lahvline?

Surely it's more "what the callers THINK might be the effect of the budget on them (and them only) based on rumours, hearsay, dodgy mattymaticks and the Daily Mail", no?

I think the people he should be looking for are all too busy working, trying to make ends meet.

We should have organised a pools to see when the first reference to the fiver for pensioners is described as derisory or insulting.

I'll say it happens at 2:20 into the programme. Starting from when the intro is finished.

Which means the pension will be paid on De Turzday, instead of De Fryday.

Renting a room in your home to a nurse would be handy if you were sick, 2 birds with the one stone so to speak.

This is her take away from the budget- cheaper rooms for Filipino nurses?

These wonderful professionals who have no social life... and have to live like schoolgirls in the house of comfortable elderly non-workers.

    It's all so wonderful.
