If Joe is reading the AHAR Facebook page then he'll see that is pretty much all criticism towards the way he is handling the story and his obvious bias.

"They have made it clear what side sells air time." lol
Animal Heaven Animal Rescue I don't see the point at all. They have made it clear what side sells air time. If you heard the way they spoke to my volunteer yesterday. The poor woman was in bits. We took in these two dogs and instantly took care of all their veterinary needs when their owner did not, should have been the story also what would have been good is to discuss prevention of people buying puppies for Christmas and push for people to adopt and help all the struggling bursting at the seams rescues in Ireland.

I think he thought this was another full gold seem of complaints like Service Dogs Europe but it's going the other way now on him.

There's not enough money for these treatments, it has to be spent on the €550 per passenger daily train subsidies instead.

He failed to ask what the CoD was and the agony involved.

€90 an hour for speech therapy, fooking hell, I'd expect my kid coming out talking like Henry Mount Charles after that outlay.

Joe is considering getting speech therapy to help with those difficult words like Stockhullum and Liz bone?

    Duffy not listening at all.

Clock-watching. Expect a hurried departure today.

With the lack of ads in the final part between LL and D'Arcy.

So callers can go on and say AHAR treat them badly. Joe is OK with that.

AHAR come on and call a FB page a hate page and Joe shuts them up.

    Now he's interrupting yer wan.

No idea if AHAR is right or wrong, but Duffy is showing his bias.

I'm glad people are finally speaking up against AHAR here.

its so short sighted the state not giving maximum help and intervention at an early age because it costs a lot more the other end if they cant lead independent lives

At times it almost seems deliberate as if they are trying to keep a whole support industry going down the line for the life of each person.

I remember reading reviews for certain services "she is not a clock watcher" was common

Tenner says that Joe uses that before the end of the show.
I only heard the first half hour but knowing Joes form he probably did.

Didn't get to listen today....but my selected thoughts and comments:
Hardly a sustained attack on rural Ireland as the line only serves a tiny proportion of the population. Irish Rail though are a disgrace as a company - quite out of kilter with modern day needs and their customers. Seem to exist mostly these days to look after their well paid staff.

No, that's RTE not Irish Rail caller.

Did he say that? Another for the Geography Section of the next LAHV LAHN BUZZWORD BINGO CARD
he loves throwing his weight around with one man band operations

    never the big fish

And that's some amount of weight.......
As for the fish, Joe would eat it if it was battered and served with a mountain of chips in de curry sauce and dat.

You gobsh1te, Joe. Why didn't you read this bit?
", not only attack me for helping these dogs when nobody else would but to also lie about me and try and tarnish my name and the rescue centre. "

That big yellow streak is such an inhibition.

One thing you can say about most bullies is underneath it all they are cowards.
How many producers does he have in the place per day?

He has stated in the past that there are 3 Producers. There's Yew, Fungus (who's on leave doing his show and dat at the moment) and Siobhán; but I think there may actually be more than that. Then there's the team of researchers - I don't know exactly how many there are, but the description of them as a "team" would indicate there's more than 1. And then there's Philip Boucher Hayes, "the full time host of Lahv Lahn". That's quite a team we pay for ON TOP OF DE FAT FELLA'S €416,000+.

The show is on de podcast but no AHAR........interesting.

For those of you that don't know, (despite being a curmudgeonly bollix at the best of times - I am aware of this myself) I do a lot of volunteering and general helping out with various dog charities in and around the Dublin/East Coast Area so I'm very familiar with the topic at hand. I didn't hear the show and the podcast is unavailable but I will say this - Joe hates dogs and has made that much known in the past on more than one occasion. That said, the way we treat animals in this country is truly appalling.

I'm going to try and find a way to hear the segment on the show before I comment further.
