Jesus, the insane obsession of certain people in RTE with JFK is unreal. It's only outdone by their obsession with the US presidential election.

Yes was released in the cinemas about a month before Netflix release.

"Thank you for your service," sez Joe.
Honestly, if I were in uniform and gobshoytes like him uttered words like that to me, I'd be pissed off.

I reckon Trump has a great chance to win. His supporters are more passionate about him and he's behind, so Clinton's will be more apathetic about voting.

It's the exact same as what happened with Brexit. I still wouldn't put my money where my mouth is and back him.
Hell of a lot of ordinary Americans are peed off with the status quo. These are not rabid tea-party types. Uncanny parallels with the Brexit vote, but the establishment cannot, or choose not to, see this.

Is it Yew Ormond who produced today or will it be Hugh Ormond?

Paddy Power are giving odds of 1/9 and 10/1.

Yeah, same here. Lots of us are politics nerds and take an interest, but the coverage seems a bit OTT, given that either President will certainly be very constrained by Congress.

Same criticism for our politicians. A bizarre amount of Fine Gael backbenchers and Ministers headed to the Democratic National Convention that selected Hillary, courtesy of the taxpayer. Why

Sorry, but I prefer to watch 'It's always sunny in Philadelphia' or something like 'American Horror Story' or 'Narcos' on Netflix.

If they did deliberately send people to their death in Jadotville, as this lad is saying, they failed.

    None died

If Trump wins, the media is one of the biggest losers, given they have backed the War Queen (Trademark of Bernie supporters) Hillary Clinton.

I'd love to have sen Sanders running against Trump. He would have beaten him easy enough I think. But the Democrats might end out cutting off their noses to spite their faces yet.
