Too many penalties. Lineouts are a right mess for both sides. Coaches must be going nuts.

To correct myself. Seems both sides equally poor at times

that should be more than a penalty tbh

if Munster are lucky Patchell will stay on until the end of the match and keep wasting possession. He couldn't run a cookie stall.

Particularly ideal given the man on the bench, Dan Jones, is one of the best young prospects the Welsh have in the position imo

Good kick from Keatley to give Munster a cushion.

I was worried about the ROM high tackle. Some refs would yellow card that

Mad that Munster are winning by 10 when Scarlets have missed 4 tackles and Munster have missed 15.

Scarlets are very poor in attack. They've no ideas at all, side to side nonsense over and over again.

  • Registered Users Posts: 37,978 ✭✭✭✭irishbucsfan

Munster can just let Scarlets keep possession for the rest of the game if their defense remains this good and the Scarlets remain this toothless. Munster look more likely to score when the Scarlets have the ball!

Munster had one poor scrum. The Munster scrum, Kilcoyne included, walked through the Scarlets in the previous one.

    WTF was that my O'Leary?

Very hard to see Scarlets scoring again.

Munster scrum just in Scarlets half with 6 to go. This should be enough.

Aww ffs lads, just keep the ball

Well my satelite coverage is gone down but I assume Munster will close it out from here. Good win, showed a lot of intelligence and maturity to put the squeeze on poorly performing opposition.

Absolutely bucketing down now. Considering the weather that was a decent performance to start the season

Very cheap penalty conceded by Scarlets.

If we can't with two minutes to go, we want shooting

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,075 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

I wasn't expecting this. Great performance bt Munster.

Game is over, Scarlets need two scores and don't look like they'd score another try if you played until tomorrow.
