    Wow Scarlets absolutely rattled!

    14-3 to Munster

Munster are impressively clinical. Will be a surprise package this year IMO, will be right up there with the top 4.

That first try has been the making of Munster. Great second try.

Now the Scarlets score through Davies after a really silly penalty given away by a Munster player followed by a surprising quick tap

Scumbaggery by Davies to take a quick tap when a player is clearly on the ground injured.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,075 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

    Ah fair play to Davies.

It probably was a try. But in no camera angle did we see the ball grounded.

He was actually getting back on his feet when Davies tapped..

It's irrelevant, unless the referee calls time off then Davies was right to keep playing

    "Scumbaggery"?

    Jaysus.

Really impressive intensity in attack from our boys. ROM with great awareness and fantastic aacceleration. I must say his sprinting technique is excellent, looks well coached in that department.

Pity about that t scarlets try there; what are the laws around taking those quickly? Often they're called back.

    Good scrummage lads

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,075 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

    Great scrum by Munster.

There were 2 players down, physio on with one and scannell still on the ground after the collision. Nothing illegal but still a shnakey move from Davies, fair play.

It probably was a try. But in no camera angle did we see the ball grounded.

In the reverse angle, you could just about see the ball being lifted from a grounded position when the scammers scarlets player got up.

Usually because they are taken from the wrong place, that one was fine, it was Munster who had switched off

We're looking and playing ok but there's no sense of danger about us. By the numbers so far but hoping we kick it up a few gears in the 2nd.
