too much spent in defence and gk and too little up front and in midfield in my opinion plenty of value in 4.5 gks or defenders and using the money saved for the likes of Ibra

Have to agree. Team was picked very last minute this year. Usually start picking team early to mid July. Very unorganised this year!

Badly need kun to hit a brace today - the amount of casuals who have passed me with Ibra captained and other players on the team injured has seen me tumble down the tables. Have Ibra but not captained so damage somewhat limited

Thats why I'm loving it!!

Normally I can't wait for the deadline to pass so I can disconnect and enjoy my Saturday in peace.

Putting hours of energy into this game all week is enough for me. Up till deadline there are decisions to confirm or change. Once the my players 'step over the white line' at 11.30 I no longer have any control over what happens so I prefer peace and family time rather than stress about the things I can't control.

I know by now I'm in a minority (of one) on this though!

In my H2H bet I'm in trouble. He has Ibra and Aguero(C) I've not Ibra and Aguero(C) need Negredo to have a great game to. Some differentials in midfield tho

Guardiola: For the first time in my life I will go to Stoke. In Germany we didn't always play in sunny days. The winter is tough as well.
