Any iron heads out there? Looking to add a dumbbell set to the gym, currently using the adjustable ones but it wrecks my head for supersets etc.

Thinking of investing in a 5KG to 20KG set at 2.5kg increments, but that's looking pretty expensive. Got a voucher for D8 fitness for Christmas, but anywhere else worth looking?

Season 4 of Black Mirror is on Netflix now. If feel like being a bit depressed then this is for you

Spiral Season 6 BBC4 tomorrow. Double episode.

Also I’m on the point of finishing season 2 of Romanzo Criminale. Highly recommend.

Need to not mind subtitles for these 2 shows.

I ordered some stuff from Mirafit while I lived in the UK. Delivery may be extortionate to Ireland but if not, they were certainly the cheapest that I found. The stuff wouldn't last in a gym, but for a home gym it's more than adequate. I got a power cage, olympic bar, bench and ~100kg of plates for £370 inc. delivery, if memory serves.

7 quid is the starting fare in a taxi when he comes to your house. Now at a tenner and if I looked back I can still see my road.

    Tiger's back...

4 quid for a 10km journey? Are you in eastern Europe?

I rarely pay more than £5 for an uber. Occasionally I have to get a 20km Uber and it usually costs about £15.

I avoided all this by not having any break.

    +1.

Childminder can't come back until Monday so I decided to take this week off. A decision which I'm already regretting.

I'm exhausted, outnumbered and outfought. My spirit is broken.

Basically I feel like the Ulster defensive line.

Ulster just missed four tackles last night. I'd say they're doing better than you. :D

I'm so miserable at work today it's hard to describe! Trips to London and Paris this month though, which isn't too bad.
