True! It's a regular problem for me, not being able to sleep, but tonight it's worse than ever. Hoped to get a few new ideas that I haven't tried yet. Ah well!

If you can use your phone go for it. I just put the volume on low and it works almost all the time once you get into the meditation! Get a youtube app that lets you lock/turn off the screen on your phone and you're in business.

"YT player" works pretty good. I even have a mediation playlist of the best ones.

Tips for not sleeping.
- phone a friend in a different timezone
- watch cartoons
- watch YouTube videos of baby elephants
- get up and clean the house
- wake whoevers beside you and tell them you can't sleep
- ride/cuddle
- set alarm for time you need to be up for. You'll fall asleep about 50 mins beforehand.
- take sleeping pills/Valium
