Kane (c), Walker and Alli going to plan. Hart, Silva, Aguero is not.

Spurs completely dominating the first half.

Sigh. I'm off to the special hospital with Prodston.....

It was a mistake last week. It was a choice this week. Harry Kane kills 2 seasons running.

As an aside, now we're through the majority of the season, what are our feelings about the new chips? I'd rather they be ditched to be honest.

    I hate them

That sort of luck should not be allowed.

Don't think I necessarily agree with this. On a weekend in which we've seen a lot of the DGW teams do bugger all, can you really say with confidence that a Sanchez/Ozil/Aguero TC is going to do better than 2 goals (and counting) across two games? So taking a punt on a red-hot Kane in a good fixture - is that luck, or is it bravery that has been rewarded?

Every time I check Spurs Twitter, Kane or Alli have almost scored or assisted

F*ck it, that's enough football for today, Gold Rush is on Discovery+1.

    Dis-aster.

I think they should be ditched too. Especially since the wildcard is also considered a chip.
The change to the wildcards seems to have caught a few people off guard too.

How many people have chips left?
I have the second wildcard and the Triple Captain. Not sure when I am going to play the next wildcard but the TC is earmarked for a DGW.

Sums it fairly well tbh. There's definitely a third coming!

As a spurs fan with Aguero (c) watching us take Bournemouth apart is bitter sweet.

Kane shud have a 3rd by now and at least one assist.

I've doubled up on spurs defense so no doubt Bournemouth will score something in the last 5 mins.

    Disgraceful dive from Rashford

Should be 4 yellows for that

United very unlucky not to have gotten a pen

Also, choosing Eriksen over Alli a few weeks ago has proven to be an abysmal decision. Even though I have Kane(c) that second goal has hurt me.

    Haha good man.

    Stone cold penalty.

I wouldn't have the balls to go without him, but you'd really have to wonder if there's any point in going with Aguero (or indeed any City players) for the DGW. They don't keep clean sheets without Kompany this season and the players have clearly packed it in in the Premier League since the Pellegrini announcement. They're obviously out of the title race now and will have an eye on the Champions League.

So it's not lucky but it is a punt?

Using the TC on a player who then goes and scores two I the first 16 minutes is most definitely lucky.

Refs are a disgrace when it comes to penalties. Like how they don't give that for the foul on Rashford is a joke. Clear as day.

    I'm seriously considering dumping Aguero.

I'm looking at going with none. Most of them are just going through the motions waiting for Pep to arrive it seems.

Aguero to Lukaku is really tempting.

I think this too, too expensive for such few returns. Hasn't had a kick in the first half

Whatever about the rest of them, you'd want some cahones to go without Aguero for a DGW. Even with the rest of the team playing like shoite he looks dangerous.

It helps when your ranking sucks! Time to roll the dice.

My finger has been hovering over the transfer button for a few weeks but I can't bring myself to do it! The 5 goal haul earlier in the season did more bad than good in the long run

But would you TC him for the DGW?

Actually, punt was poor wording on my part. But I think the intimation that someone has just gotten lucky is unfair - it was a brave call but not without merit because of Kane's form and fixture.
