Are self levelling upper and lower control arms different to the conventional setup?

Not sure to be honest, haven't got at the rear axle of the 528 yet, will report back :)

The clutch is far beyond my abilities & equipment - engine and gearbox have to come out to split (can't do that on my back in the yard) so she's going in monday to get it all fitted, gonna go for an early NCT then :)

Cant wait to get these on,

New tyres always look good, those first few days of ultra sharp steering until you don't notice anymore are always nice.

The F1s are a great tyre, ride great, grip great and look great.

I'd have them again only it's impossible to get the staggered setup I need from the one retailer.

I recently fitted Eagle F1 assy 3s to the back of mine. They are a superb tyre in the dry and wet. I haven't lost the back end unexpectedly yet like I used to with the Falken 453s fitted.

smaller (370mm) steering wheel. It's a bit thicker than I thought it will be... I will see if I will like it or not...

another steering wheel, just in case. Much smaller than standard 385mm wheels (340mm I think). needs good cleaning obviously.

Just ordered this I always find the Haynes manuals good and with the way the A4 is I am sure I will get use out of it :pac: Infairness even just to read through they are always quite interesting for anyone into cars.

I got a clutch pedal rubber pad to replace the worn one on my car. Genuine BMW part for just €6 from the dealer, probably the cheapest part I could buy from them!
