Coming up to Christmas there were a few occasions where I couldn't get a Hailo at all. I chalked that up to being silly season, but since then, any time I've used it (or tried to) there hasn't been a wait of less than 15 minutes for a car. Last year I don't think I ever waited more than 8 minutes and it was usually 4 or 5.…
