The sound, my God, the sound...

As penance for the shameful act of enjoying V8 supercharged noise, I spent the day holding my breath to reduce CO2 output. While dreaming of stop start diesels and fuel economy.[/QUOTE]

Terrific car, underrated IMO , drives quite like a saloon but has the performance when required... A more practical and well valued alternative to the more exotic machinery.

I've been on a couple of group spins with an XFR. I've never sat my poverty stricken arse in either or driven them. The sound is just fantastic though, you just don't hear that sound enough in Ireland. The warm sweet waft of petrol rich exhaust is a novelty too.

Unusual 3 wheeler bike thingy at the NCT centre in Ballymun now.

Edit: I just spoke to owner, it's a Can Am Spyder RT. Italian made / brand , made for the American market. And the cool thing is it can be driven in a car licence.

There's pics of it a few pages back - you might not look like the looks but it will devour a M4! I'd have the C63S over it any day

I love when people use words like Devour lol Either of these cars would Devour a 320d. Neither of them would devour each other. THere's about .03 of a second in the 1/4 mile time and on a track i'd have my money on an M4.

You can express your preference for one over the other without using pub talk :D

Base price for the coupe is 118k, 105 for the saloon...bit of a difference alright

A know the s class coupe is a different class car but the fact that it's tight in rear and c class coupe is a scaled down version of it makes the s class seem very pointless compared to c63s coupe

I saw a Nissan GT-R in Shannon earlier on Irish plates. 10-C-????. Absolutely flew past.

Really nice in this color, car is in mint condition, not sure about the body kit but still a serious machine in the flesh.

Apart from the NSX-R wing and the dodgy looking rear light clusters, what body kit?

There was a silver one at terenure car show recently and I think I spotted it out by the airport the day before, awesome car but not a good looking as that one above!

I just thought the rear looked more flared out that usual, maybe not.

    Beautiful car regardless.

And judging by the slogan on the no. plate the owner is a friendly, engaging sort of person...:)
