We had 15.6mm up to midnight and none since!

Today is clear, sunny and breezy. The overnight high was 8.2C (at midnight) - low was 4.5C at 10am and it's now 4.9C.

For the first time since December 24th {I only had 2 such days in December, 11th and 24th}, I had a Winter-like day with cold sunshine and plenty of it! I love this, bring it on! It actually felt like Winter. In fact, see my mean temperature difference from adding 1st-6th values with the 1st-7th values:

1st-6th: 5.5c (+1.5c)
1st-7th: 4.9c (+0.9c)

That's how cold today was.

And yet, unless the wind dies down dramatically and the skies remain clear till midnight the mean temp today will be over 6C.....well above average.
