    Lewis some man for the d20 d20 finish. His trebles deserted for a few minutes there but seems to have the mojo back. I've written him off so many times I could write a book but I think Barney might be finally done this time.

    i imagine darts is a major sport in holland ???

    do the pdc run any major tournaments there ??. i knw the second last night of the 2016 PL is on there next year

    long way to go yet lads neither there player firing on all cylinders yet, but lewis has been the best player so far in the tournament and is playing his best darts in years , i would worry for barney's chances but i expect him to go close

    both BDO and PDC operate in holland , but barney is the man credited as the driving force behind the influx of younger players in recent years

    4-0 in sets to Lewis. As bad as it sounds, only hope for Barney is that Lewis is missing loads of doubles

    MVG would have taken Lewis handily enough IMO if he played (and in particular doubled) like he has tonight. Barney at his shoulder shrugging, head shaking best has made him look good. A shame that Barney is going to bow out like this after the excitement he has given us.

    Barney genuinely looks on the verge of tears when the camera zoomed in on him there.

    so far as it stands lewis has lost two sets both to peter wright in the entire tournament ......that is sensational , taylor never came close in all his success over the years

    Can't see any way back for Barney now, would love to be proven wrong, all the fight seems to have gone out of him, and his darts is slowly heading towards BDO territory.

    He's had a lot of very dodgy legs. MVG at the level of his 2nd/3rd round performance wins 6-2/6-3 against what Lewis has been tonight (again just my opinion).

    And I'm no MVG fan either, much prefer Lewis.
