Been waiting on a price drop for this speaker for a while now:

I guarantee you, you will not find a better Bluetooth speaker at this price.

Even at it's original price of £40 it was a bargain.

    Why?

It has a better sound than the Bose Sound Link Mini 1 / 2, which costs over 4 times the price, now 7 times the price! Link

If you don't believe me check out clavinetjunkie's review and comparison on YouTube:

He is THE go to man for premium Bluetooth speaker reviews.

He uses 2 binaural microphones attached to his ears for recording all his videos, so use headphones when listening instead of speakers, and you'll get a more realistic impression of how it sounds.

Heres a link to todays deals on the rest of Anker's range:

Anyone know what this is like playing TV and movies thorough it?

Would it be better then you usual LED TV speakers?

I think you would benefit more from a soundbar tbh.

This is designed to be portable and has a battery inside.

I wouldn't fancy leaving it charging all the time you want to play TV through it.

I don't think that code is working anymore. I have the speakers and the charger and I'm getting an invalid code message

    Code expired.??

Jeez that code didn't last long, was working a few hours ago.

That battery bank is 40% off anyway so its still a great deal.

It would just be used for occasional movie watching and just to make the sound from the TV better so would not be on the whole time.

I'd still recommend a sound bar over it, this might not be powerful enough to fill the room at the volume you want. A sound bar would be 3-4 times the length and would have much better stereo depth and volume.
I'm a tad fussy when it comes to audio though
There was a soundbar in Lidl for €50 a few weeks back, you could try getting one for that price.

I was looking at buying the Bose Sound Link Mini 2 but was not going to pay 200 beans for one. After reading the reviews for the Anker, I am very happy to purchase this bad boy. Cheers OP.

Anker make really good battery packs, I'd have no problem using this as intended and charge when required.

It can play while its plugged in no problem.

Clavinetjunkie hasn't reviewed that model yet.

Since it runs on 4 AA Batteries and has upto 24 hour battery life, I doubt its as powerful or as good sounding as the Anker.

The website gives no specs on the output / wattage. The anker has subwoofers which the D100 lacks:

Impressive battery life compared to the Anker though.

Yeah I have already ordered the anker and the creative is on adverts ! Cheers
