    Focus hard on triceps they make up 2/3 of the upper arms hit biceps and don't forget forearms if it's just the arms your bothered about and they grow then you will look a wee bit out of proportion big arms small shoulders chest and back . Lift heavy 10-12 rep and maybe 3 to 4 exercise per muscle group hit it from a few angles get the big pump . Don't worry about extra calories ya won't need them just keep lifting 3 times a week don't forget they need time to rest and grow between workouts
