Plus 2 of chelsea, Everton, westham or united have to go out aswell, great chance to make it 3 in a row

Chelsea are motoring the best of those so far so i think they'll be involved because they really only have the cups to play for.

Do any of you have any idea when the Hull replay is? And if the Watford game will go ahead on the FA Cup QF weekend scheduled?

No, arsenal are only free the midweek before the QF & hull are free none of them.

I've a feeling they might play the replay on QF weekend, nearly sure something similar happened before. Might've been for earlier rounds though

As a Watford fan, I'd booked to go to the West Ham game so am in London that whole weekend. Hoping they call off Arsenal-Swansea next week.

Jesus, so all you need then is the replay to be before the QF, arsenal to win, then get a ticket for the game. :pac:

First mention I have seen for a replay date - Tues 8th March, a few days before the next round

This makes the most sense. John Cross on talksport reckons they will do this too.
How would they manage the logistics otherwise of selling tickets for either a league game or Cup game depending on the midweek cup replay?

There's a post on the website to check back tomorrow from 10 for ticket info for it.

If they get through that game would be outside the cup games on the season ticket too

Winning the replay also means that after the international break arsenal would've 8 league games, with 7 for the rest of the top 4

Anyone any thoughts on tomorrows game? Barca can be got at imo, but we've been incredibly toothless in front of goal lately. That coupled with the fact that we're facing arguably the greatest attacking 3 in the history of football has me feeling fairly pessimistic.

I'd absolutely love a win tomorrow but it's hard to see where the goals will come from unless sanchez brings his shooting boots which he hasn't done since he came back from injury.

Yep it could be a horror show tbh!

We need to baste one of the defenders in Luis's favourite food before the game and hope he decides to take a bite to have a chance I reckon :D

Best thing about is this game is we've nothing to lose and everyone expects us to be bent over Barca's knee so any positive result out of this at all Ill be happy I'd love for us to at least beat them once though and if that's gonna happen it has to be tommorow no way are we going to beat them at the Nou Camp, then again never thought we'd beat Bayern away either

Their defence can definitely be exposed. We need one of those nights where all our big players play out of their skins and everything clicks. Sadly, those kind of nights are fairly thin on the ground at the moment.

I had a dream last night that we won the tie after he first leg - we were 3 or 4 up going over to them. For some reason Henry was playing but I've ignored that!

    Think we will win 2-1

Can see a big performance from us, pressure is off and nothing is expected

When that happens we usually come good

I feel this is a match where Wenger is going to have0do to get 0his spot on much as the players in as much that the tactics will be fundamental to performing well on top of the players playing pretty much perfectly to the plan. We have a lot of pace with quality in the team.

So are previously posters have said. I'm absolutely terrified but quite hopeful.

Road to Damascus match for (not so young) Theo. I hope.

I think we'll perform on a really high standard. I'm not saying that we'll win the game, though. The Barcelona trio can flip the game on its head in a heartbeat. I expect us to score goals, and if we can keep them quiet for the game, we should win.

I've placed a bet on Arsenal to win the first leg. Have only bet once when I was extremely confident we'd win against Bayern Munich earlier this year (sadly I bet on Sanchez to score as well so I lost :D), so hoping I'll get similar results tomorrow! I predict 2-1 to the Arsenal, we score first.

    Woah, nice one!

I'm not expecting to win the tie, but we've every chance of doing the job tomorrow.

Better goalkeeper, better defence, better midfield and Giroud is better than any of their strikers. I'm going for 4-1.

Barcelona have won 26 of their last 32 matches and are unbeaten in this run.

    Scored 104 conceded 19.

I'm hopeful we can get a result. It will be our best of the season should we manage it.

I'm actually just numb when it comes to the CL and Arsenal. We don't have a hope..it's so disheartening to know that this is our limit. Not a snowballs chance in hell of getting past Barca. Same old thing every year.

That scoreline is what I wouldn't be surprised by either and for largely the same reasons. The questions I have would be whether Arsenal have the personnel to do what especially Malaga and Atletico to a lesser extent have done recently as the latest anti-Barcelona tactic. It would require a smart disciplined defensive effort from Giroud/Ozil/Sanchez or whoever is the frontline.

From a Barcelona perspective, scoring away is the most important objective tomorrow. 1-1/2-1/3-2 etc is so much better than 0-0/1-0. A clean sheet for Arsenal would be huge and put them in with a great chance, even 0-0.

I see people say this a lot and I do not understand it. I get an away goal is an advantage but it is not in any way more of an advantage than being in the lead. how is a 0-0 better than leading 2-1.

Personally id take any kind of win tonight. If we get a 0-0 we need to win or get a score draw away to go through. Even if its a crazy 5-4 and they have 4 away goals any kind of draw will take us through.

Hate to say it but I wish we didn't have this tie now.

Only because the position of are in the league and finally getting back injured players, can see a few injuries happening tonight and next week.
