at least we gain some control, i guess?

Anyway, here's a Turkey- what ya reckon The Turkey is the mascot for all things TRDS? At least we can kill it @ Christmas?

Surprised the 'Notorious' hasn't been lined up for these shows yet, say what you want about him like or dislike he's ratings tv

With the amount of movies and tv shows being done and bands living in the UK, I'm surprised they couldn't pull any of them for the 50 min flight to Dublin for the first show

He should do the Sunday Papers front pages at the end of the show, I did love that in the Kenny Live days.

They did a good cover of A Little Respect by Erasure, but that was 15 years ago too

Time for you to sharpen those pitchforks!

Time for Ray to put the 'chat' amongst the pigeons!

This looks set to be a poor opener for the show. Yet another reality TV personality, music from an obscure pop band no one even heard of, and yet another TV appearance by Tommy Tiernan. This is like a poor filler episode of a chatshow and not the first show. On the other hand, Tubridy has been above average so far this year and the question remains: are there enough room for 2 similar shows on Irish TV?

Time will tell with Ray D'Arcy's show. His opener show looks like a poor midseason episode of the Late Late or the Saturday Night Show. The latter was the best show on RTE and although it had its offnights, its opener night was usually good.

Wheetus are hardly obscure now... A one hit wonder maybe, but they did do a tour in Ireland last year which gained some nostalgia traction.

But I'd agree, it's pretty poor for a first show. Like, even The Script or Kodaline would be classed as a bigger hitter. The entire lineup feels a bit tragic to me.

Also, lol at the advert before the news there. Anyone else notice the little sigh? :pac:

Tulisa is no saint I'm sure but it's a bit lousy the way the tabloid hack let on he had a film role for her, brought her to NY to interview for it, then asked if she knew anyone that might be able to get him some coke, when she but him in touch with someone he reporter her for whatever law they have in the UK that covers this
