    These interviewers are like forensic accountants. I know they relish when they set up a candidate and then flourish proof that they're lying or exaggerating "Richard you've already posted this online. It's not unique" :D

    I don't understand him. I hated his smugness throughout the series but then totally soften towards him on the Final Five episode. He seemed much more down to earth. Then he started on his buzz words on clouds and summits and he lost me again.

    Vana is sunk, her plan is atrocious both in terms in figures and the app itself. Gary's is awful too, mobile disco? Can't see that making it through.

    Joseph, Richard and Charlene are the only ones with something viable. And Richards is a bit airy. At least Charlene's and Joseph's can be scaled somewhat.

    I think it comes down to two things:
    1. The business plan
    2. The person

    If the person has demonstrated they are capable, motivated and creative, they can get away with a mad business plan.
