Delivery will prob be tomorrow as nearest DPD location to me is in Shannon,
so Athlone -> Shannon this evening and then to me tomorrow, I hope!!

DPD Athlone is 90 mins away from me!
I'd nearly be tempted to drive up now and pick it up, but I'm sure they'd tell me to piss off once I got there :pac:

I phoned DELL apparently it will be delivered today... 3PM but im getting it delivered to athlone.

DPD sent me a text early that it's out for delivery.
I should have mine shortly after 2pm

No monitor just palm rest.

it works but I see 127, are you using the dell UK site or what options are you selecting.

just clicked on the link, still at 149 but couldn't find option to remove keyboard or mouse...the monitor is gone up in price though if you wanted to add that as an option

I had decided not to get this. This morning, when I thought I couldn't get it, then I wanted it again. Now that I can get it again, I'm not sure I actually want it, again. But if i got a further discount code, then that might make me buy it...

add to basket

click on the customise accessories button at the top right of the page

scroll down to the bit that says "keyboards and mice"

click on the page 2 link

remove keyboard and mouse and select palm rest.

and there you go, €127.49

Got mine at 9am. Won't get a chance to set it up til after work this evening!

Spotted DPD van delivering to warehouse beside work so ran out and grabbed mine there to save the trip across town to my house. Driver was only too happy to oblige!

Have it sitting under my desk in work - no HDMI/display port monitors here so can't even try it out

The DPD depot is about 5 minutes away from where I'm working.
They left the depot at 8:20 this morning and my ETA is after 2pm.
I bet I'm the last stop on the way back, instead of the first stop on the way out :pac:

Considering a windows 10 license is €135 you could transfer the license, upgrade to windows 10 and then use this as a cheap €14 media server

just in case anyone is thinking of getting the monitor with it - the one that Dell is bundling with it (Dell 19 Monitor E1914H) doesn't have a display port or hdmi connector, only VGA. The Dell 20 E1914H does have a display port DVI-D port and is €24.60 extra - ignore this one too as it is a DVI-D port and VGA.
