Thanks! The last one has a filter on it. How's Milo doing?

Awh he's alright. It's tough to know to be honest but each day he seems a bit brighter :) He's finishing off his dinner as I type so he must be feeling better!! We've decided we need to stop giving him scraps...never realised how much we do give him but that could easily be causing his stomach to be upset. He sends sloppy kisses to you :D

oh, bit of info for you,
Good ol ralph ate rat poison! poor lad had to get his stomach pumped!
We saw he had eaten it immediately thank god!!!

cant bare to think if we didnt see him chew it :(

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,041 ✭✭✭volchitsa

Love that first picture, Shakencat, it's just so fab!
And wow, lucky you got Ralph to the vet in time. I thought stomach pumping might not actually work for rat poison, I'm glad I was wrong on that.

Ye we were down and seen to within 20-30mins.
He still had the blue on his gums :(
The vet was saying we're extremely lucky we noticed, that some people don't notice until the damage has done too much.

He also told us how rat poison works, I'd rather not use it now in the garage.
    Awful awful way to die.

Lovely family pic shakencat. Poor Ralph, what a thoroughly unpleasant experience, glad he’s ok now.

Meet Rufus, our new French bulldog male. Settling well into the house and getting on well with our 2 year old female Kona. Loves following her around and she's not too bothered by him most of the time.

Started out a fawn with black mask but as he's getting older he's turn a blue/black colour. When we collected him he weighed 4.3kg with the next biggest in the litter weighing 3.2kg so he's going to be a big lad, plenty of skin to grow into too!
