I have fine, wavy, highlighted hair that's prone to greasy root and fuzzy end action. Conditioning first really suits my hair. I've been doing it for months now. Once or twice I've felt that my hair was very dry and frizzy, so I washed and conditioned as 'normal' for a day, then returned to reverse washing. My hair is much more shiny now that there's no conditioner build-up. I won't be going back to 'normal' hair washing!

Despite having quite full, frizzy hair, I decided to give this a go, just to check it out. Definitely not for me! My hair is a fluff-ball today, absolutely no control.
